SHIRLEY - Dallas 4 yr old gray female
|
Hi! My name is SHIRLEY and I am a beautiful gray Weimaraner. I am house trained and I know some basic commands. Learning more stuff should not be difficult because I am a smart girl (just ask my foster mom). I have lived with another dog, cats, and kids, so all should be fine in my new home (just make sure the kids are older). Or, I could be an only dog if my new family that is not gone all day would be best. I do experience some separation anxiety, so my new home will need to work on that with me. I am a smaller girl who is very social, so I love to be out at the Rescue events and meet people. My foster mom also takes me to the dog park where I like to show off my skills at running the obstacle course there (I am pretty good at it too!). I have even been told that I look a little proud once I complete the course. A typical weimie, I can be described as a velcro girl who loves to be near her people.
My ideal new family would work with me on continued learning and separation anxiety. They would also love on me and give me affection. Would you be that new family?
Please ask about SHIRLEY when you contact Weimaraner Rescue of North Texas.
