Hi! My name is Laverne and I am a very petite, wiggly, gray Weimaraner. I'm
house trained and know quite a few commands. I'm currently being fostered in
a home with other dogs and cats so I am good around others, but would do
fine by myself too. I'm very smart and I do listen, unless there's a
squirrel around. I've learned how to fetch a ball and LOVE to chew on
Nylabones. While I would LOVE to snuggle with you on the couch, I can follow
the rules and keep off the furniture if that's what you want and you tell me so.

My ideal home would have lots of bones for me to chew on and a couple of
doggie beds in common areas for me to nap on. I would love to go for a walk
or run, but also do well just lying around the house keeping you company. In
the beginning I may have some problems with separation anxiety while crated,
but once we get on a schedule of when I'm crated I'm just fine. All I want
to do is be around you, won't you consider being my forever home?

Our rescue Weimaraners are current on all vaccinations and heartworm preventative. They are spayed or neutered, and micro-chipped or tattooed and registered with Tattoo-A-Pet. The adoption donation is $300.00 for adult Weimaraners, $350.00 for puppies, and $200.00 for seniors, special needs dogs and Weimaraner-mix dogs.
